M&M Project Management allows to successfully manage complex projects in the Far East. We supply our customers with first quality molds, making this facility the No. 1 resource for mold making.

M&M provides a Turnkey service, with the certainty of reaching the agreed targets. Design, construction, testing and post-sales are all guaranteed by M&M:

• Project timing: defined at kick off, shared with customer and partner, monitored step by step
• Tool drawing: supervised by our technicians and shared with the customer
• Tool machining: first quality steels only, monitored with weekly reports
• Tool trial: programmed, methodically managed, supervised by M&M personnel at the suppliers
• Final trial at production site: takes place at M&M production plant, or directly on customer's site with support from M&M staff.

M&M toolshop

The M&M internal toolshop holds the company know-how to supervise all projects in the Far East. Moreover, equipped with complete and high-precision equipment, it provides the services of Mold Construction up to 400 x 600 mm, Modifications, Maintenance and Support for the final installation of the molds (buy-off), at the customer plants throughout Europe.
